Terms & Condition

Inclusions and Exclusions
Your booking will include all diving, beach visits, meals and snacks, coffee, tea and drinking water. Included in the diving are the services of a qualified dive master, full dive tanks, weights and weight belts. You can rent dive or snorkeling gear and wet suits if needed, please check out the prices. The trip also includes an international English speaking cruise director.

RAJA AMPAT INDONESIA can arrange your domestic travel and all transfers to the port of the cruise departure (and back of course). The published cruise price does not include domestic air or land-transfers, nor Harbor fees or Park entrance or conservation fees. Your invoice will include all this so you will not need to pay anything for this during your holiday.

Not included in the cruise fee are soft drinks, beer, wine or spirits, tips, laundry, gear rental, spa services (massage), international or domestic air transportation, hotels and meals before and after the cruise, or personal and medical insurances. RAJA AMPAT INDONESIA will be expecting the guests to pay on board expenses (drinks, gear rental, etc.) in cash at the end of their trip. For extensive land excursion RAJA AMPAT INDONESIA may need to charge for additional related expenses.

Bookings and Payments
After contacting us with an interest to make a booking, our team will start communication by e-mail to set up your trip and provide you with an itinerary and recommendations for your international travel arrangements and accommodation prior and after the trip. Upon your confirmation, you will receive an invoice for down payment of 30% of the total cost of your trip. This deposit is non-refundable. Unless paid within 10 days after receipt, RAJA AMPAT INDONESIA will open up your reservation for other customers.

Final payment of the 70% balance must be done at least 3 months before your departure date. For short notice bookings made within 3 months before departure, you will have to pay the full amount due. This final payment is also non-refundable.

If a trip participant cannot make the trip already booked, the booking can be transferred to another person up to 5 days before departure. A fee will be charged for any changes required in domestic flight arrangements of the altered participant.

Payment must be done by wire transfer to the bank with details provided on your invoice. Any bank costs related to this transfer must be carried by the guest.

Charter and Trip Confirmation Terms
Rates apply on a full charter basis or on a personal basis. All trips can be booked as full charters or on an individual basis. A full charter can take 16 guests on a shared cabin basis.

The area of operation varies throughout the year to offer optimal conditions for the season. If a cruise is requested outside of these schedules, a re-location fee may have to be charged to the total cost of the trip. The price of this fee will depend on the location of the charter but is generally 50% of full charter rate.

Changes
RAJA AMPAT INDONESIA reserves the option to make changes at any time before the time of booking confirmation. Any consequences will be communicated with the prospective guests. These may include increases in price due to changes in fuel costs, Government taxes, Harbor fees, and Park entrance fees amongst others.

Changes that may occur after the booking confirmation may include changes in departure dates due to unexpected changes in domestic flight schedules. They may also include changes to itineraries due to unexpected natural events or political unrest. The team of RAJA AMPAT INDONESIA will make all effort to communicate these issues fully and to provide acceptable comfortable alternatives in full consultation with the guests.

When a guest wants to leave the trip before its completion, The RAJA AMPAT INDONESIA is not liable for refunds, but will make every effort to facilitate return travel of the guest. We recommend for all guests to prepare sufficient insurance for emergencies.

TERMS AND CONDITION OF RESERVATION:
1. Booking & Cancellation

All reservations will be processed if you have filled out the reservation form completely or through and will be responded no later than 24 hours.
Should you make any modification on your detail you filled out on the reservation form, you are responsible to inform us immediately.

2. Traveler’s Documents
Each visitor to Indonesia should acquire a relevant visa to enter the country and should hold a passport of at least 6 months validity beyond the designated date of departure. In addition, visitor to Indonesia should confirm to have either return or through tickets for the onward journey. To enter RAJA AMPAT MARINE PARK , please provide copies of your passport ( 02 pieces ) for Police and National Park Permits.

3. Liability
RAJA AMPAT INDONESIA shall hold no responsibility and shall not be liable for any damages on your computer caused by viruses that infecting during the e-mail or data transmission between the users and RAJA AMPAT INDONESIA . Our devices are equipped with anti-virus software.

4. Indemnification
RAJA AMPAT INDONESIA and users (travelers to Indonesia) shall agree to indemnify and hold harmless each other from and against any claims, demands, including – without limitation – reasonable legal and accounting fees as a result of your use of material in our website, including software, or your violation of the terms of this agreement or inaccuracy of the information or the availability or quality of products provided by the third parties.

5. Force Majeure
Clause 4 shall be applicable in case of Force Majuro. This includes war, unrest, strike, terrorism, natural or industrial disaster, governmental regulations, communication or utility failure, material shortage or rationing, air carriers schedule amendments or any other unavoidable events beyond RAJA AMPAT INDONESIA control.

6. Law of Agreement
If legal action should be taken related to the agreement regulated here, it must comply the Law of The Republic of Indonesia.

7. Payment Method
RAJA AMPAT INDONESIA does not charge any down payment to the users unless specifically regulated by the hotel or flights. The payment should be made 50 % by wire transfer and balance should pay 05 weeks before arrival/departure to Raja Ampat or other destination in Indonesia and we will issue an official receipt.

Deposit and Payment:
50% when confirmed booking
25% 60 days before starting the tours/hotels bookings
25% 14 days before starting the tours/hotels bookings

Deposit is not refundable when cancel the booking.

8. Additional Terms and Conditions
RAJA AMPAT INDONESIA Contact as an agent of service providers that may have own terms and conditions other than aforementioned here. Therefore, additional terms and conditions shall be applicable whenever necessary and you are agreeing to bear such terms and conditions.

9. Banking
We require 50% deposit in advance when confirm booking by Wire Transfer to our Bank Account below:

10. Cancellation
We require cancellation fees when booking confirmed:
50 % when booking cancel 70 days before arrival.
75 % when booking cancel 60 days before arrival.
90 % when booking cancel 35 days before arrival.
100 % when booking cancel 14 days before arrival.
